Does BSN mean Bachelor’s. Also, how many more years of school do you need to work in the Neonatal ward? What’s the difference between being a Neonatal and a maternity nurse?
When should I start looking at RN to BSN programs?
I’m finishing my first year in a 2 year ADN program (I’ll graduate in May 2012) and would like to go for my BSN as soon as I’m done. Just wondering when I should start applying to schools. Thanks!

Would you do an RN to BSN program online? Is it more convenient than actually going to take classes on campus?
I was looking at some RN to BSN programs and I just wanted to know if an online RN to BSN program would be a good idea or not.
