At 48 yrs of age I was diagnosed with prostate cancer…by a fluke really. Suffering urinary troubles for years, my PSA was low. My urologist ordered a prostate ultrasound to see if I would benefit from a certain shrinking procedure, and the tech noticed somwething suspicious. A biopsy showed 2 out of 10 samples as cancerous. I had a wonderful surgeon who did a bilateral laproscopic nerve sparing prostatectomy. I am now 100% recovered. Don’t be afraid just get checked!

jim, I just got back from my GP and he found a lump or cyst on my Prostate even though my PSA levels were good. I am going to see a specialist and I am NERVOUS!

My grandad died of prostate cancer at the age of 69! He didn’t go to the doctors on time because some of the signs were there! Please if you get any signs of prostate cancer make sure you go to the doctors!
