Do you get accepted into the University of Michigan nursing program freshman year?

I know some colleges admit you into the school or program freshman year and some you have to apply after sophmore year. I’m looking for a big university that admits you into the nursing program freshman year so there is no chance of having plans ruined if you dont get accepted after sophomore year.

Applying to nursing program in different colleges/universities…?

I’m trying to get into a registered nursing program for after school, and I’m planning to apply to Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Douglas college, University of fraser Valley, Vancouver community college, Langara college, and maybe University of British Columbia. If I’m rejected in all those schools, I will apply to other colleges/universitys in other provinces. I meet all the requirements but my grades are mostly “B’s” In Kwantlen, they only accept 16 applicants out of 300-600 applicants which is absolutely ridiculous and they accept only the highest grades. I’m scared that all schools are like this because if they are, there is no way I am getting into the nursing program since I don’t get straight A’s. Is it likely I will ever get into the program? and is it really that competitive? I don’t really have a back up career choice except for a dental hygienist which is also a very competitive course to get in to.

Thanks

Need some advice: Setting up photo day at a nursing home.?

Hello, I am a photographer thinking of setting up a photo day for a nursing home/Old age home. Has anyone tried this, and did it work? I am not sure if enough people will be interested, and not sure how to go about doing this or if I should try it out at all.

Anyone have experience in doing this, that could give some advice?
Thanks

Any nursing school advice?

I am starting my 3rd year of nursing school (I’m starting clinicals) and have heard this first semester is extremely difficult. Does anyone who has already been through nursing school have any advice on how to study/keep me sane/etc.?

What nursing school should I go to?

I am planing on becoming a RN. I either want to attend: Auburn University, The University of Alabama, Troy, The University of South Alabama, or The University of Tennessee. I know that UA and USA have good nursing programs, but wanted to know if anyone could give me any advice as to the pro’s and con’s of these 5.
