Its called an excellerated program. Yes you can go straight in to a masters program if you can get into such a program. I dont remember which school does it but you can look on internet. My daughter has a BA in Psychology and she has found a program where she can complete her nursing degree in two years in Ontario, Canada. I don't think you can go directly to the masters in nursing without the undergraduate in nursing - only the school can really give you that answer. Best of luck with your plans.
