Based on educational requirements, demand for the career, job duties, hours worked, salary, stress, and overall rank to each other?
I love people who have no idea what they are talking about.
You can be an RN with either a 2 or 4 year degree. Good demand.
An NP is a person who first got a 4 year RN, then got a graduate degree.
Also, good demand.
A PA has a graduate degree. Most make $70k / year and up.
Licensed Prac. Nurse Ed 2 years Salary about $20/hr
Reg. Nurse /ed 4 t=years Salary about $35/hr
Nurse Prac???
Phys Asst Ed about year Salary about 12-$15/hr
So depending on how you can support yourself while going to school and how smart you are in the sciences and maths, all the nurse will be in bigger demand as the baby boomers start to retire. Phys Asst is like an office clerk, easy come, easy go.
