Looks painiful and time consuming. Plus won’t the oil glands just clog back up in time?

We use topical anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Length of procedure depends on severity of case and number of glands/lids involved. This procedure is usually done in the office exam room. Reviewing data of the original 25 patients with now about 18 months follow up show that the majority do not need retreatment (about 70%). The approx 30% who received retreatment did so on average at 8.5 months post procedure.Steven L. Maskin, MD FACS

The video says improvement lasted for 4-6 months. Are you sure about those 8.5 months ?Do you know if this is available in Europe/Spain ?
