    In Hawaii we have 100% health care for all poor people. They have better coverage than I do. I work hard and all I can afford is partial insurance coverage. Poor people get the best of care FREE!I don’t like Obama, but on this point he is right on! It’s not fair people who don’t want to work have better health coverage than me!

    This clip in entirely one-sided – I live in Canada and have always received excellent health-care. As someone who could not afford the tens of thousands of dollars some procedures or surgeries cost, I am glad I have the health-care that I do.

    Let me get this straight. Obamas health care plan will be written by a committee whose head says he doesnt understand it, passed by a Congress that hasnt read it, signed by a President that talks without facts and who smokes, funded by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes, overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that is nearly broke. What could possibly go wrong?

    Obama is NOT trying for a single-payer system. Where are the videos about Americans who are refused insurance, or those who lose their homes because of health care debt or who have used up their coverage and end up dying? My mother recently had cancer in Canada and had excellent care. Ordinary Canadians appreciate our system. Americans should be thrilled that Obama hopes to stop HMOs from refusing coverage to people and will do more to cover all citizens. There is nothing wrong with compassion.

    Nobody is refused Emergency care in America. Proof requires only one visit to the Hospital. Absolutely Obama wants to control our lives, proof requires recent memory of Bank “bailouts” Automotive industry “buyouts” involving CONTROL.Don’t be a lemming… stop drinking the Obama Koolaid. It’s not too late to do the right thing and start researching the real reason this is happening, CONTROL and POWER.

    By no means am I trying to argue that a police force is a substitute for being prepared to defend yourself. What I am saying is that without sovereign authority, disputes devolve into gang wars because there is no legitimate means of resolving them. I you default on your mortgage, the bank forecloses on your house; if you default to a loan shark, he breaks into your house and beats you up and/or steals your property. Why? Because the loan shark has no other recourse than brute force.
