I want to eventually become a registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). but in the meantime i want to get my adn. I am enrolled in a high school/college dual erollment program to get part of my Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) comeplete before i graduate from high school. I then want to complete a RN-BSN bridge program to get my Bachelors of science in nursin BSN degree. Then I want to get my Masters of science in nursing degree and become a CRNA. I want to break it into sections so that I can work while I go to school. I need to know how long each section is going to take and how long in total. Thanks!!!
I’m going to shoot for my carer and not waste my time on anything else less important like becoming a LVN or CNA . My choice is to go to community college and earn my ADN to become a RN, I then want to find a RN-BSN bridge, and soon after that BSN-MSN . I know I don’t need a MSN to be a RN but I’m 19 this year and I do know through out my medical career I will want to be something else as I grow older .
My questions are:
If I held a ADN what difference would it be in Pay & Salary compared to holding a BSN?
Is it easy to get a job as a RN in the ER or is it competitive to get in aside from being a RN in any other facility?
As a RN with an ADN, what facility one can work in that makes higher pay?
Once I have my MSN, what choices do I have to branch out to other than becoming a Nurse Practitioner?
Please answer my questions, I’ll give you the points if you can answer them appropriately for me please !!

I also have the option of finishing up my Psychology degree as a transfer student (in less than 2 years) and then applying to a MSN program for those with a bachelors degree in another field. I just don’t know what to do. I’ve gone back and forth and I need to make a decision soon. What do you think?
